Terms of Service

Shoots are confirmed once a date, time, and location have been agreed via email or the booking page. Please give as much notice as possible for changes or cancellations.

Pricing and payment terms are agreed with each client individually before or at the time of booking.

Once delivered, photos from your shoot are yours to use for personal purposes — social media, print, and private sale or dealership listings. OS Media retains the right to use photos from any shoot for its own portfolio, website, and marketing, unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking.

Outdoor shoots may need to be rescheduled due to weather or other circumstances outside our control. We'll always try to find a replacement time that works.

OS Media takes reasonable care during every shoot but isn't responsible for pre-existing damage to a vehicle or loss/damage occurring outside of the actual shoot itself.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
